Data Deletion Instructions

If you want your PureClub account data deleted, you can request deletion in-app or by email.

Option 1: Request deletion in the app

  1. Sign in to your PureClub account.
  2. Open account settings.
  3. Select the account deletion option and confirm your request.

This submits your deletion request to our secure account deletion workflow.

Option 2: Request deletion by email

Email privacy@pureclub.com from the email address linked to your account with the subject Data Deletion Request.

Include your full name and the club associated with your account so we can process your request quickly.

What happens next

  • We verify the request belongs to you.
  • We process deletion under our data protection workflow.
  • You receive confirmation once the request is completed.
